This project encompasses the 109,000 sq. ft. expansion of the Maricopa County Southeast Justice Courts and Adult Probation Administration Building located at 222 E. Javelina Dr. Mesa, AZ. The expansion will triple the amount of space of the existing building and allow for additional operations, administrative support, and adult probation space.
The two-story brick facade includes a defensive tactics training area and four mirror-image courtrooms that accommodate clerks’ offices, judge’s quarters, hearing rooms, and conference rooms.
The Design-Bid-Build construction contract was awarded to Johnson Carler Construction, with the architectural design delivered by Gould Evans Architects.
Inspired Networks was contracted by Maricopa County’s Facilities Management Division (FMD) for the design and delivery of the communication and infrastructure systems.
