The Consolidated Office Building (COB) was designed and built to be a multi-purpose facility for the Executive, Legal, Administration, Business, Operational and Technical airport organizational groups and staff. The Consolidated Office Building is also public facing in support of the day-to-day operation of the Airport as well as civic engagement

The Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board (PAAB) is located in the Consolidated Office Building which hosts monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to review of airport policies, and make recommendations to the City Council on major airport projects, contracts, and leases.

The Consolidated Office Building is a three-story building of approximately 12,000 gross square feet. The building included executive and management offices, cubicles, conference rooms (PAAB, director’s, executive, large, medium, small), huddle rooms, training rooms, the technology lab and testing facility; cafeteria, and storage.
