The Terminal 3 Modernization Design-Build program includes a major renovation to the Terminal 3 Passenger Processor Building, including consolidated security checkpoint, expanded check-in area, additional baggage processing capability, additional baggage carousels, expanded curbside services, and expanded concessions and retail. The South Concourse includes a new passenger concourse including expanded gates and expanded concessions and retail. The North Concourse includes a comprehensive renovation of the passenger and apron levels, renovation of gates, and an expansion at the mid-point as a ’node’ to accommodate additional amenities.
The Terminal 3 Modernization Project is a design-build construction contract awarded to a joint venture comprised of Hunt Construction, Austin Commercial, DWL Architects + Planners, Corgan Architects, and SmithGroup JJR Architects. The joint venture is commonly known as the HAJV.
Inspired Networks was contracted by the HAJV for Design and Delivery Management of the Special Systems outlined below. Inspired Networks lead the solution design, the planning/coordination, and the migration of eleven (11) airlines and the TSA to the consolidated Security Checkpoint.
